terms of service
Commission turnover ranges anywhere between two (2) to eight (8) weeks barring exceptional circumstances and/or piece complexity. Clients will be informed if this turnover is longer.
Work will not be started on a piece until payment has been agreed upon and received.
Complex designs and/or pieces may be subject to an additional charge than the one listed.
Extreme edits will come at an extra charge.
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Refunds are accepted if work on the commission has not begun.
This artist (Jeangal247) WILL NOT draw obsessive gore, erotic/sexual images, or in someone else's style.
This artist possesses the right to upload commissioned work for self-promotion. Profits will not be shared.
Artwork(s) may not be used for commercial use unless agreed upon prior or Jeangal247 has explicitly sold the artwork with commercial usage intention in mind (ex. adoptable templates).
Clients are welcome to repost their commissioned work where they see fit as long as Jeangal247's signature remains visible and/or credit is given.
Nothing made by this artist may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. This art is also not to be used for AI.
Clients may not draw on or edit the artwork provided by this artist unless permission is granted.
The client may use their commissioned piece for role-playing groups (RPGs) and/or horse art role-playing groups (HARPGs) for character references, show images, training, storytelling, etc. Please ensure the group allows the use of commissioned pieces. This artist is not responsible if using said piece results in a loss, disqualification, or application denial.
Whether you purchase art from me directly or acquire it through other means, you are automatically subject to my Terms of Service.

Commission Queue
A list of current commission orders. Usernames will not be shared unless permission is given. A PayPal invoice with a number is given to each client, please check that number if you wish to know the status of your order. The queue order is based on a first come first serve basis though multiple orders may be worked on at once. Some orders may take longer than others regardless of queue status due to complexity/time (ex. a full body illustration will take longer than a sketch drawing).
